This project investigates mechanisms of immunotherapy resistance in pMMR colorectal cancer. We performed 10x Genomics scRNA-seq and scTCR-seq on CD8⁺ T cells from matched tumor tissue and peripheral blood, together with tumor whole-exome sequencing (WES) to support neoantigen discovery and validation.
