Single-cell RNA Sequencing Data of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells from Healthy Controls and Essential Hypertension Patients （stage I）

The study included 13 healthy controls(Control-01~13) and 12 patients with essential hypertension (Hypertension-01~12) . Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were collected for single-cell RNA sequencing. Each sample file consists of three files:1）.\barcodes.tsv: Contains the barcodes of cells.2）.\genes.tsv: Contains a list of genes and their identifiers.3）.\matrix.mtx: Stores the expression levels of genes in each cell (in a sparse matrix format).
