The results of RNA-seq for EhracM gene silencing strain and EhracJ gene silencing strain

To know the role of Rho small GTPases of enteric protozoan parasite Entamoeba histolytica, ten Rho small GTPases were specifically silenced and examined the effect on virulence-related phenotypes. Among them, EhRacM gene silence caused an enhancement in macropinocytosis. To clarify transcriptomic difference in EhRacM gene silenceing strain, RNA-seq analysis was conducted. To clarify the transcriptomic differences in EhracM gene silenced strain and EhracJ gene silenced strain, RNA-seq analysis was conducted.
