"This artifact is intended as a frozen research artifact to accompany the manuscript \"Exact Structural Embeddings for Rooted Trees: Interpretable Similarity Kernels and Probes for Graph Foundation Models\" which presents Rooted Ancestor Incidence Embedding (RAIE). It contains the experiment code, pinned public-benchmark manifests, and generated result tables used in the paper. The artifact covers synthetic rooted-tree families together with a pinned public suite of software-repository and XML trees. It also includes the scripts needed to materialize the public inputs from their official sources and regenerate the public and synthetic result tables. This package does not include the manuscript PDF, cover letter, or submission-system notes."
