Data and code for a locked-parameter within-person record of redox-state dynamics in spinocerebellar ataxia type 3

This deposit contains the raw and processed data and the analysis code behind a 14-month, single-participant, locked-parameter record of redox-state dynamics in spinocerebellar ataxia type 3. One participant, who is also the author, was followed from August 2025 under an acquisition protocol that was fixed and never re-tuned: a single cytometer, fixed detector settings, identical reagent lots, a fixed circadian venipuncture window, and acquisition immediately after isolation.
