Monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids mixing ratios collected on the ATTO INSTANT tower (2023-2024). v2

This dataset contains the abundances of monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids in the Amazon rainforest canopy given as mixing ratios with units of parts per trillion (pptV) and percentage uncertainties. The data was processed from cartridge samples taken at 23m on the ATTO IINSTANT tower during 8th-13th January 2023, 1st October - 14th October 2023, 16th April - 3rd May 2024, and 9th - 23rd October 2024. Samples were taken every 1.5 hours to 3 hours for 30 minutes. The Datetime column shows the local Manaus time (UTC-4). Values below the limit of detection are given as "0" or "9999" or sometimes as negative values. Peaks that could not be integrated or if no sample was taken, this is given as "na".

# This is the second version of this dataset. The first version contained incorrect mixing ratios for (+)-alpha-pinene during April-May 2024. Some values below the limit of detection were also misrepresented for some compounds. These points have been corrected in this updated version. #
