This dataset contains tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) spectra and glycan structures for the development and training of transformer-based models for glycan structure predictions. The MS/MS dataset was curated from the CandyCrunch project, adding metadata associated with the MS experiments. Files: dataset.xlsx: dataset of MS/MS spectra with glycan annotation and MS metadata glycans_antennae.xlsx: dataset of glycan sentences (i.e., sequences of glycan antennae)
