Metagenome-wide identification of cyanobacterial species from environment

Whole genome sequencing data of Spirulina Sample isolated from the mangrove-dominated coastal ecosystem of Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India was assembled. It was extracted from naturally occurring brackish-water microalgal mats around mangrove roots.This dataset provides genomic characterization of spirulina thriving in coastal and mangrove influenced environments and it's potential applications in biotechnology and environmental sustainability.
