资源简介:

Participants were included in this study among the registries to the Health Sciences University, Gülhane Faculty of Medicine, Gülhane Training and Research Hospital, Department of Mental Health and Diseases. All participants who were at least 18 years old and signed the informed consent attended to study. After checking inclusion such as age ranges between 18-45, right-handedness according to the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory, and exclusion criteria such as being co-diagnosed according to DSM-5, and having used any psychotropic medication in the last month, 22 DD patients (16 female, 6 male) were diagnosed with DD according to DSM-5 criteria, and 25 healthy control subjects (17 female, 8 male) with no psychiatric history and matched in terms of gender and age attended to 5-minute EC and EO resting state EEG sessions. All applicants also attended BDI and MOCA tests. The experimental protocol was approved by the Health Sciences University Scientific Research Ethics Committee (Decision File Number: 2022-366). 5-minute EO and EC resting state EEG signals were recorded at the Mental Health and Diseases Department of Gülhane Training and Research Hospital. All signals were recorded using the UPM-PLUS (GRASS TECHNOLOGIES, Massachusetts, USA) Polysomnography (PSG) device. The resting state EEG data were recorded using 16 Ag/AgCl EEG electrodes (C3, T3, C4, T4, Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4, F7, F8, P3, P4, T5, T6, O1, O2) on the scalp based on the 10–20 system with 200 Hz sampling rate with A1 and A2 reference electrodes placed on earlobes. To detect eye movements, electrooculography (EOG) signals of the right and left eyes vertically were recorded during all EEG sessions. EEG and EOG signals were recorded between 0.5-70 Hz frequency ranges. The impedance of all electrodes was kept below 10KΩ.
