Exploring the contribution of risk factors on major illness: a microsimulation study in England, 2023-2043 - summary data

This folder contains the derived data tables that underly the results presented in "Exploring the contribution of risk factors on major illness: a microsimulation study in England, 2023-2043" to be published in Nature Communications. Source code for the IMPACTncd_Engl version used for this paper is available here: https://zenodo.org/records/16314082 The file "Understanding_model_outputs.rmd" briefly describes the file contents. This updated version contains a correction to the main BMI scenario: how the indirect effect of BMI through SBP and total cholesterol is calculated has been corrected. The change has very minimal impact on the results. No other scenarios are affected.
