Studies of microbial diversity on gut mucus of olive flounder after administration of antibiotics

This study was to examine the dynamics of intestinal microbiota of olive flounder through 16S rDNA gene-based metagenomic analysis to understand effects of antibiotics (OTC or amoxicillin) administered by injection or oral route.
