BR_annotations

This database contains genome annotation files of Black Redstart (Phoenicurus ochruros). The genome can be accessed from NCBI (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/JBLKNL000000000). The dataset consists of the following files,1. Protein FASTA File (BR.aa)- Protein sequence of predicted genes in FASTA format.2. Coding Sequence FASTA (BR.codingseq)- Coding sequences of predicted genes in FASTA format.3. Genome Annotation File (BR_april25_annotated.gff)- Genome annotation file in GFF format.4. EggNOG-mapper Output (BR_emapper.emapper.annotations)- Functional annotations of predicted genes (Details on associated Gene Ontology terms and KEGG pathways).
