1) This dataset contains basic meteorological data from 2019 collected at the CAS Kathmandu Education and Research Center. The included parameters are: air temperature (℃), relative humidity (%), atmospheric pressure (kPa), precipitation (mm), solar radiation (W/m²), and wind speed (m/s). Table 2 is the meteorological station description table, which covers its geographic location and underlying surface conditions.
2) Data Source and Processing Methods: The data originates from the hourly dataset of the CAS Kathmandu Education and Research Center. Daily averages are calculated for air temperature, atmospheric pressure, solar radiation and wind speed, while daily total precipitation is derived from the hourly precipitation records.
3) Data Quality Description: Among these parameters, atmospheric pressure data has relatively poor quality with numerous missing values. Instrument failures occurred from June to August 2019, resulting in missing data during this period.
