BGCPLEv1.0: A biogeochemical dataset with weekly resolution from the Patos Lagoon Estuary

We compiled weekly biogeochemical data from November 2021 to October 2022 at a fixed station on a pier in the Patos Lagoon Estuary (32° 1' 32.51" S, 52° 6' 20.20" W). Sampled parameters include surface water temperature, salinity, chlorophyll-a, total alkalinity, dissolved inorganic carbon, dissolved inorganic macronutrients (nitrogen, silicic acid, and phosphate), phytoplankton taxonomic composition and the derived partial pressure of CO2 (pCO2) and river-borne, ocean-borne and estuary-borne CO2 concentration.
