Ledgers show appropriations for departmental schedules, such as the Public Works accounts, and funds such as the Closer Settlement Account, various Transport Funds, and the Sydney Harbour Trust Fund. They cite date, voucher number, particulars of the appropriation, the debits and credits of the account, and the monthly balance. 1894-1902, 1907-42 (7/14733-80). 48 vols.
