This project serves as supplementary material for the publication 3D Imaging of Optical Modes in Dielectric Photonic Nanocavities with Sub-wavelength Field Confinement. It includes the dataset, Python scripts based on the open-source Python library HyperSpy (GPLv3), and example results obtained by applying these scripts to the provided data. Additionally, the Comsol geometry file of the structure used for the calculations is provided.
