CSAMT data in Xingning area, Hunan Province, China

The CSAMT data was carried during “Crew project 2017-Nian” project. Indeed, Xingning area has been experiencing significant water shortage partly due to the geological complexity of the area, thereby making it difficult to provide the right drilling locations. For this reason, the province of Hunan in cooperation with the Department of Geophysics initiated the project called “Crew project 2017-Nian”, to point out conductive zones (presumably suitable zones containing groundwater), and to provide the right drilling location for the exploitation of the hot groundwater.
