ercot-rtcb-bench v0.1: Post-RTC+B ERCOT Market Data for Battery Bidding Benchmarks (Dec 5, 2025 – Mar 31, 2026)

<p>Open benchmark dataset for battery energy storage system (BESS) bidding under ERCOT's Real-Time Co-optimization Plus Batteries (RTC+B) market design, effective December 5, 2025.</p><p><strong>Coverage:</strong> 117 operating days from RTC+B go-live (Dec 5, 2025) through Mar 31, 2026. Includes 5-minute Real-Time prices and MCPCs, hourly Day-Ahead prices and MCPCs, per-resource AS clearings, per-product ASDC breakpoints from np4-212-cd (21.6 M rows), AS Plan quantities from np4-33-CD, system load and renewables actuals/forecasts, and the AORDC regression-fit parameters.</p><p><strong>NPRR1268 oracle verification:</strong> Per-product ASDC reconstruction is verified end-to-end against published ERCOT data using the NPRR1268 §4.4.12 disaggregation formula. All four upward products (RegUp, RRS, ECRS, Non-Spin) pass a ≤$0.10/MW-h mean price-error threshold across all 117 days (pass rate 117/117).</p><p><strong>Code:</strong> Ingest scripts, the NPRR1268 formula implementation, and LP baselines are in the linked GitHub repository (Apache-2.0). This deposit is the citable data artifact for v0.1.</p><p>This is a versioned dataset; v0.1 is an early-operational-period snapshot. Future releases will extend the window and add stochastic-MILP, transformer forecaster, and decision-focused learning baselines.</p>
