Dataset for: Comparisons of different ensemble schemes for glider data assimilation on West Florida Shelf

This dataset includes: glider trajectory on the West Florida Shelf from April 20, 2010 to May 4, 2010, and observed and model simulated temperature and salinity data on Buoy C12 in the same period; RMS errors between modeled and observed values at Bouys C10, C12 and C14; Covariances from Ensemble Kalman Filter, traditional Ensemble Optimal Interpolation, and Ensemble Optimal Interpolation with Floating Temporal Window.
