In the present invention， in the composite board 100 for a floor installed on a floor or wall of a building， the composite board for flooring comprises an upper layer portion 110 constituting a front and rear surface of an upper surface; and an intermediate layer portion formed at a lower end of the upper layer portion ( 130); but， the upper layer portion 110 is a fiber board having water resistance and abrasion resistance， and the middle layer portion 130 is formed of a plurality of plate materials 10 or a single stacking member 11， thereby forming a composite board for flooring. It is excellent in surface abrasion resistance and water resistance and relates to a composite board for flooring characterized in that it is possible to further form a coupling portion on one side of the middle layer to make construction of the composite board for flooring more convenient.
