A two-storey building constructed at the beginning of the 1920s. Each floor originally housed an individual residence. All the façades of the building are of very elaborate construction with numerous decorative stone elements, mimicing neoclassical models of public
buildings. Its main façade on Agiou Andreou street is symmetrical, with a loggia on its centre. It was bought by Ioannis Schizas and donated to the Municipality in 1958 to house a Nursing Home. It was fully renovated in 1985 and today houses the Folk-Art Museum on the ground floor and the Municipality's Cultural Services on the first floor.Conversion of the building into a Nursing Home (1958); Full renovation of both floors to convert the ground floor into a Folk-art Museum and the first floor into the Theatre Archives (1985).
