The goals of this study are to compare transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) of bone marrow derived macrophages from wild-type and PHLPP1 knock-out mice and how Inflammatory stimulation affects those profiles. Overall design: Bone marrow derived mRNA profiles of wild-type and Phlpp1-/- mice were generated in duplicate.
