MRI Data And Geometry of Left Ventricle for Mapping onto a Finite Element Model

This is a public data repository for the imaging data used to develop the open source code LV Data Map (https://github.com/cardiacbiomechanicsgroup/lvdatamap). This repository includes segmented canine LGE MRI processed using the freely available, MATLAB-based software Segment (http://segment.heiberg.se), mechanical activation times from DENSE MRI, and a fitted endocardial and epicardial surface mesh from CINE MRI.
