Loss of epigenetic modifications on the inactive X chromosome and sex-biased gene expression profiles in B cells from NZB/W F1 mice with lupus-like disease

We report loss of epigentic silencing marks on the inactive X on female mice with lupus like disease, and find novel sex differences in gene expression between female and male mice with late stage disease. Comparison of gene expression changes between female and male mice with lupus-like disease
