Molecular clocks and archaeogenomics of a Late Period Egyptian leaf provide new timestamps on date palm domestication

This repository contains the Supplementary Files S1, S2, S3 and S4.File S1: Output of Magicblast analyses, revealing the proportion of nuclear and organellar endogenous ancient DNA content of the Saqqara leaf, as implemented using three reference genomes. File S2: Maximum Likelihood analysis of whole plastome sequences showing the placement of the Saqqara specimen amongst Phoenix species. File S3: Uncorrected P-distance split network with corresponding bootstrap support values produced from nuclear positions shared by the Saqqara specimen and modern accessions.
