B2C2 CPR selected plankton groups

Excel file containing separate sheets for total diatoms, total dinoflagellates, total small copepods and total large copepods. These categories have been created by summing all relevant taxa on each sample (ie all diatom taxa on a sample to create a single total diatom count). For each excel sheet, samples in each area (B2 and C2) are listed (with each row being a discrete sample). Each sample equates to approx. 10 nautical miles of tow, 3m3 of filtered seawater) - according to standard CPR methodology (see Richardson et al. 2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74). The excel file consists of samples in rows, with the following information in columns - A: Standard Area B: sample id C:midpoint of sample latitude in decimal degrees D:midpoint of sample longitude in decimal degrees E:midpoint of sample local date and time F:sample year G: sample month H: relevant taxa
