Therefore, in this study, RNA-Seq technology was used to analyze the DEGs between Jinnuo 3 and its parents during young spike development. Bioinformatics method was used to analyze the biological processes and metabolic pathways of DEGs. The study aims to explore the mechanism of heterosis formation of Jinnuo 3, and provide some new clues for heterosis utilization and high-yield breeding in sorghum.
