This invention relates to a pulp waste dewatering machine (1) which is capable of compressing and dewatering pulp waste via a spiral (9) being rotated in a conical shaped compression duct (8) that is located in a machine body (2) and which gradually narrows， and a method of recycling the pulp waste which enables the pulp waste and the waste water thereof to be returned back to the economy and the environment by means of the process carried out via said pulp waste dewatering machine (1).
