AL = axial length; ED180 & ED90, horizontal and vertical equatorial diameters, respectively; ADH & ADV, difference in area between the two eyes up to 50° eccentricity along the horizontal and vertical meridians, respectively. In experiment A, the comparisons across the controls and treated groups were tested by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test.
