16S and 18S sequencing of aquifer microorganisms

Study regarding the primary succession (over 24 days) of sessile and planktonic prokaryotes and eukaryotes. The study was done in bioreactors using water extracted from an aquifer in Covey Hill, Quebec. This study's objective is to better understand the short term behavior of communities in a pristine aquifer to eventually enable us to study and compare the community's behavior in pristine and polluted aquifers.
