Perturbed multiple sequence alignments (MSAs) associated with "Relative model selection of evolutionary substitution models can be sensitive to multiple sequence alignment uncertainty"Directories are named `pertured_alignments_DATASET_DATATYPE/` and contain all associated variant MSAs. DATASET is one of Drosophila, Euteleostomia, or PANDIT, and DATATYPE is one of AA or NT. For each set of variant MSAs, the #50 is the reference MSA and all others are perturbed MSAs.
