Integrative transcriptomic and pharmacogenomics analysis using CC founder strains

This study aimed to identify key genes involved in muscle atrophy by integrating transcriptome analysis across various mouse strains treated with Rg3, a representative ginsenoside. This study provides novel insights into the complex genetic architecture of muscle atrophy and identifies Ahnak as a potential therapeutic target.
