Data for: Preoperative Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte, Platelet-to-Lymphocyte Ratio and Prognostic Nutritional Index for Predicting Early Recurrence and Recurrence‑Free Survival after Pancreatic Cancer Resection

This dataset supports the findings of the associated research article titled "Preoperative Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte, Platelet-to-Lymphocyte Ratio and Prognostic Nutritional Index for Predicting Early Recurrence and Recurrence-Free Survival after Pancreatic Cancer Resection: A Retrospective Study and Nomogram Construction". The data were collected from 208 patients who underwent curative-intent pancreatectomy for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) between January 2016 and December 2022. All patient identifiers have been removed to ensure anonymity.
