Phage display was utilized to identify species specific VHH binders to whole cell Acinetobacter baumannii. These sequence results are from the sequencing of the second round panning outputs phagemid VHH inserts. These results comprise those identified as putatively binding A. baumannii as well as a control antigen GFP and control counter selection gram negative bacterium Vibrio cholerea. The phage display library was generated as a synthetic library.
