资源简介:
This dataset consists of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) with Verum (active condition) and Sham (control/non-active condition) measurements from 23 individuals using [18F] DMFP (Desmethoxy fallypride) radiotracer to measure the modulation in frontal and striatum region in human brain. There was no arterial measurement during the study for this tracer. Cerebellum was chosen as the most appropriate reference region for the normalization of the dataset. The sample of healthy human participants was categorized by their respective age group (young (20-40 years) and old (50-65 years)) and according to their sexual orientations (male/female). The dataset defines the striatum region with the left and right regions from the Nucleus Caudate and putamen normalized with cerebellum using PMOD software (PET). The total PET scanning frames for each measurement (Sham/Verum) are 37 time frames. In this dataset, only frame 10 to 37 (total 28 time frames) are considered, as the first 10 time frames are only for the uptake time of the tracer. This data was derived from the subjects who participated in the study using PET scanner facility in RWTH UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL AACHEN, Germany. SPSS software version 29.0 was used for the repeated measure of Analysis of variance (ANOVA).
