Subdataset of 100 Retinal Ganglion Cells Responses to Natural Movie Stimuli

This dataset contains multi-electrode array (MEA) recordings from 100 retinal ganglion cells responding to natural movie stimuli. Due to size, a subset of the stimuli is hosted in a separate Zenodo repository. Response Data (cells_folder/): 100 MATLAB files (cell_*.mat), each containing: spike_times: Neural spike times in millisecondsreceptive_field_mask: Binary spatial mask (432×432 pixels) indicating receptive field locationreceptive_field_coords: Spatial coordinates of the receptive field some technical specifications: Stimulus resolution: 72×72 pixels Frame rate: 60 Hz (150 frames per 2.5-second clip) Spike timing precision: ~1 millisecond Recording method: Multi-electrode array with UV (385nm) and green (520nm) LED stimulation This recording provides a valuable resource for investigating neural coding mechanisms in the retina under naturalistic viewing conditions.
