Kidney snRNA-seq of LPS-induced sepsis model mice with CD38 ligation. Mus musculus

To develop LPS-induced sepsis model, 8-week-old male C57 BL/6J mice received intraperitoneal injections of 10 mg/kg of LPS. For CD38 ligation, we intraperitoneally injected 50 mg/kg of agonistic anti-CD38 antibody or Rat IgG2a isotype control 1 hour after the injection of LPS. Twenty-four hours after LPS injection, mice were sacrificed. We isolated nuclei from frozen kidney tissue with Chromium Nuclei Isolation Kit. This study aimed to clarify the mechanism of aggravated inflammation caused by CD38 ligation in sepsis model.
