Transcriptomic analysis of sample populations in an urban area of Jadavpur, Kolkata (UR; N, 12) with high ambient particulate matter2.5 (PM2.5) exposure and a rural area of Boria, Diamond Harbor (RU; N, 12) with low PM2.5 exposure in West Bengal, India. Blood samples were collected from each of the 24 individuals and leucocytes were separated. Each sample of leucocyte was extracted for RNA and subjected to high throughput transcriptomic analysis.
