Single cell lncRNA atlas of mouse tissues identifies lncRNA-mediated cell type-specific gene regulatory network (KAP210048)

1. Library construction for analysis of coding and non-coding transcriptome at the single cell level of mouse. 2. With combining conventional single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and targeted sequencing, investigation of lncRNAs that difficult to detect conventional scRAN-seq method. 3. Centered on cell specific lncRNAs and TFs, determination the biological functions of lncRNA by constructing gene regulatory networks(GRNs). 4. Based on GRNs and lncRNAs expression levels, establishment of web-server as a resource for lncRNA research at the single cell levels.
