RNA-seq data from study of plastic ingestion in Wedge-tailed Shearwaters

These data sets are composed of Illumina rna-seq data from a study of the effects of plastic ingestion on physiology and gene expression in Wedge-tailed Shearwaters (Ardenna pacifica). The data consists of 28 pairs of fastq.gz files for 28 shearwaters. The data set is analyzed and described in https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.11.26.517527v1 and is currently in review at a peer reviewed journal.
