Model-Generated Data for Nonlinear Interaction Simulations under Sea-Level-Rise Scenarios
收藏资源简介:
This record contains model-generated data for nonlinear interaction simulations in Chesapeake Bay under multiple sea-level-rise (SLR) scenarios. The data support analysis of nonlinear tide–surge interaction (nTSI) and tide–wind-wave interaction (nTWI) in total water levels, as used in the main manuscript and Supplementary Materials. Analysis_Data.rar file contains datasets organized by forcing component, interaction type, variable type, and SLR scenario. The data are extracted for 874 observation points, including NOAA tide stations, Chesapeake Bay thalweg, and Shorelines. Folder abbreviations include: PS (Pure Surge) TS (Tide-Surge) TSI (Nonlinear Tide–Surge Interaction) PW (Pure Wind-Wave) TW (Tide Wind-Wave) TWI (Nonlinear Tide–Wind-Wave Interaction) TO (Tide Only) Folders with the suffix _D represent depth data, while folders without the suffix correspond to water level data. The data are provided for the following SLR scenarios, in line with IPCC 2050 projections: No SLR, 17th percentile, 50th percentile, and 83rd percentile. ChesapeakeBay_NI_Data.tar.zst file contains gridded time-series data (~15000 points) over the entire Chesapeake Bay domain (100 m × 100 m grid). This dataset includes nonlinear tide–surge interaction (nTSI) and tide–wind-wave interaction (nTWI) data for the four aforementioned SLR scenarios. These archived materials are intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the processed simulation outputs and associated nonlinear-interaction analyses.
