Transcriptome profiling of the multidrug-resistant E. coli CUS2B. This strain encodes an estimated 15 resistance genes. It is resistant to ertapenem, but not meropenem or other carbapenems. We performed RNAseq to characterize the response to ertapenem and meropenem treatment.
