Single cell profiling of primary and paired metastatic lymph node tumors and adjacent normal thyroid in a papillary thyroid carcinoma patient

In the present study, we measured gene expression levels of 3 tissue samples from a young female patient with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) using scRNA-seq technology and tried to uncover the mechanisms of promoting lymph node metastasis of PTC. A female patient aged 17 years with PTC was enrolled from The Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. The thyroid tumor (TT), adjacent normal thyroid (NT) and lymph node metastasized tumor (LN) were collected and digested into single-cell suspensions for 10×Genomics single cell sequencing (scRNA-seq). *** The raw data files are protected by submitter's institution and not available at SRA.***
