资源简介:
Simian foamy virus (SFV) is a non-pathogenetic retrovirus present in virtually all primates except humans. SFV is capable of infecting all types of cell lines, and cells infected by SFV develop into the persistently infected state. Previously, it was reported that cells persistently infected by SFV obtained from African green monkey (AGM) express micro (mi) RNA at a high level. This Biproject aims to investigate whether the cells persistently infected by SFV derived from Japanese macaque also expresses viral miRNA. Also, the transcriptome analyses were carried out to see the difference of expression between cells uninfected/persistently infected by the SFV.
