示范工程位于内蒙古自治区包头市区南部官将村,采用了微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀原位钝化技术。修复效果评价委托第三方机构分别对修复前和修复后的地块进行了评估,采样点布设参考《土壤环境监测技术规范》(HJ/T 166-2004),根据示范工程场地实际情况,利用随机布点等方法,布置土壤采样点,采样过程中共设置 42 个土壤采样点。样品检测主要涉及土壤 pH 值变化、修复前后土壤中重金属 Pb、Zn 和 Cd 浓度(消解法)、形态(tessier 五步法)、重金属毒性浸出(DTPA法)和作物中重金属富集等。

The pilot project is located in Guanjiang Village, southern Baotou urban district, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and adopts microbial-induced calcium carbonate precipitation (MICP) in-situ passivation technology. The evaluation of remediation effect was commissioned to a third-party institution to assess the plots before and after remediation respectively. The layout of sampling points refers to the Technical Specifications for Soil Environmental Monitoring (HJ/T 166-2004). Based on the actual conditions of the pilot project site, soil sampling points were arranged using methods such as random sampling, and a total of 42 soil sampling points were set up during the sampling process. The sample detection mainly covers changes in soil pH, concentrations of heavy metals Pb, Zn and Cd in soil before and after remediation (digestion method), speciation (Tessier five-step method), toxic leaching of heavy metals (DTPA method), and heavy metal enrichment in crops, among others.
