Data from: Early detection of phytophthora using hyperspectral imaging field experiment

The purpose of the study was to determine in the field if itis possible to detect phytopthora in an early stage using hyperspectral imaging. 12 rows of potatoes have been planted, the treatments are described below. The day before that the plants have been visually checked and marked with a colored stick by an expert. In doubt the tubers have been checked in the lab to validate Phytopthora infestans.

本研究旨在通过实地试验，验证利用高光谱成像（hyperspectral imaging）技术能否在早期阶段检测到疫霉菌（Phytophthora）。本次试验共种植12行马铃薯，各处理方案详见下文。试验处理前一日，由专家对植株进行目视检查，并以彩色标记棒进行标注。对于目视判定存疑的样本，将采集其块茎送至实验室，以确认是否感染致病疫霉（Phytophthora infestans）。
