4 million paired-end reads were simulated from the Oryza sativa ssp. japonica genome using the ENSEMBL v25 annotation. The reads were assembled using soapdenovo-trans with default settings. The assembly was assessed with transrate. The file contains the reads, the set of reference transcripts that reads were simulated from, the assembled contigs, and the subset of assembled contigs that had transrate contig scores of >= 0.5.
