Kidney transcriptome analyses (24h) of acute poisoning of male ICR mice exposed to mushroom toxin amanitin and dimethylformamide (DMF)

The doses of 0.33 mg/kg (AL group) and 0.66 mg/kg (AH group) amanitin and 1500mg/kg of DMF (D group) were selected to evaluate the kidney effect in 24h after exposure. Six ICR male mice in each group were sacrificed at 24h post exposure. Five control mice (C group) were sacrificed at 24h after vehicle treatment. In the study, the kidney transcriptome was conducted to explore mRNA changes from RNAP II inhibition and the underlying pathways at 24h after exposure.
