We determined the effect of conditional deletion of Menin in MLL-AF9 transformed leukemia cells Overall design: Sorted LSK cells were transformed by MLL-AF9 and serially-passaged cells were then treated with 100 nM 4-OHT for 24 hours. After removing the drug, cells were cultured for 2 additional days then collected for RNA extraction and RNA-seq.
