The JEFF-3.3.1 release provides updated neutron activation data in the European Activation File (EAF) format. The dataset cover all isotopes from TENDL-2017, in PENDF format.
In contrast to the JEFF-3.3 activation library, which combined TENDL-2017 with TALYS-based calculations for selected isotopes (¹H, ²H, ³H, ³He, ⁴He, ⁶Li, ⁷Li, ⁹Be, ¹⁰B, ¹¹B, ¹²C, ¹³C, ¹⁴N, ¹⁵N, ¹⁶O, ¹⁷O, ¹⁹F, ²³²Th, ²³³U, ²³⁵U, ²³⁸U, and ²³⁹Pu), the JEFF-3.3.1 activation data are taken entirely from TENDL-2017. This ensures a consistent basis across the full set of isotopes while retaining compatibility with established EAF formats for activation calculations.
